	Patricia Carter District Supervisor Patricia Carter serves as the district supervisor. She works on the field, supporting each crew as needed. She screens and trains employees, and monitors the on-going performance of each crew. She assists the teams as needed. Her company incentive and beneits program results in long term relationships, and employee retention. Patricia is a natural coach, communicator, and negotiator, motivating each staff to excellence, and superior team work.

Both Patricia and Sandy are graduates of Quincy University, Quincy, Illinois. Together, they manage many teams throughout Montgomery, Frederick, and Washington Counties.
