 Our
employee retention rate is one of the best in the area,
as we provide a supportive and rewarding environment, and
benefits program. Each team serves the same customers,
establishing a rapport, encouraging loyal, friendly service.
There are two or three mature, experienced cleaners on
each team led by an English speaking supervisor. We do not overwhelm
the customers and staff with large teams.We carefully sift our Aces from reputable organizations, such as the Spanish Catholic Center, selecting service oriented staff. We then screen legal applicants, and train new employees for optimum performance. We continue with training updates for all employees. We match the strengths and natural abilities of each team with customer's needs and requests. We want to be sure that you are well pleased with your Ace team. There are many teams available, and most have been with us many, many years. |
