What began as a one woman window cleaning company has now branched into a five team, multi service operation, with housecleaning, office cleaning, window cleaning, and carpet cleaning. Our standard cleaning service is customized to suite your preferences. Scheduling options include daily, weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly, and monthly service plans, with your choice of the time of the day, and time of the week. We are also flexible for canceling or rescheduling as needed for vacations, parties, as well as life’s unexpected events.
After the first cleaning, we confirm that you are satisfied with your service and team. The same team then serves you continually. Our Ace teams are monitored by semi-annual response cards, again your choice, of E-response cards, or hard copy. We keep in touch through E-mail, and phone calls to maintain quality service. Unlike many franchises that do not allow such flexibility, we cater to you! Another unique feature is that we do not require housecleaning contracts. That means we earn your business every time we clean. If you’re not happy, we’re not cleaning! In fact our satisfaction guarantee is that we will re-clean, if you are not completely satisfied.
Additionally, we use our own professional cleaning products and equipment, or if you prefer to use your special product or equipment, we will. Our non-toxic products gently refresh and sanitize your home or office. Finally, we offer one of the best values in the area, as we keep overhead low by operating from our home based office in Germantown, Maryland. OUR ACE STAFF
Our employee turnover is among the lowest in the area, as we provide a supportive and rewarding environment, and benefits program. Each team serves the same customers, establishing a rapport which encourages loyal service. There are two mature, experienced ladies on each team, so as not to overwhelm the customer and staff with larger teams. We carefully sift our aces from the Spanish Catholic Center, selecting service oriented staff. We then screen and train for quality performance. We match the strengths of each team with the homes or offices where those strengths are most crucial. We want to be sure that you are well pleased with your team. There are five teams available, and most have been with us for several years. The Supervisors speak and read English so that there is always good communication.
MANAGEMENT
Sandy Stillwell, (the Queen of Hearts) president and manager of Royal Flush Cleaning, carefully monitors operations from the home office in Germantown, MD. She is from Quincy, Illinois, and a graduate of Quincy University. She is married with two boys (and two cats and a dog.) She has a passion for cleaning, and excellence. Her strengths are organization and customer relations. She personally meets with every new customer, and provides timely personable service. Our 24 hour answering service allows you the convenience of calling anytime. All calls before 5:00 p.m. are returned the same day, usually immediately. The security of your home or office is of utmost importance. Most of our staff has been with us for many years, so the same trustworthy teams come to your home or office. Should you provide us with a key, it is kept secured at our home office. Or if you prefer an alternate means of entry, just let us know your preference. You can rest assured that your home or office is well protected.
Our company vehicles are equipped with GPS systems to assist drivers with new directions, or alternate routes, so they can arrive promptly. Each crew also has a company cellular phone for instant communication. Company vehicles are of course well maintained for reliable transportation, and eliminate any fluid leakage.
Though Sandy cannot personally be at every job with her crews, she is always available to assist them, and will come to any site as needed. Her vast experience in home, office, carpet, and window cleaning for twenty plus years makes her a great coach. She serves as a team player with her staff. Additionally, Sandy has written cleaning articles, and loves to learn about the latest in cleaning technology.
